Miracle L is a collagen-stimulating skin booster from DEXLEVO in South Korea, built on a particle-free polycaprolactone (PCL) colloid. Unlike Miracle H, this formula doesn’t contain hyaluronic acid, making it a good option for patients with HA sensitivities or those who prefer a PCL-only lifting and firming treatment.
Polycaprolactone (PCL) is the key active component, penetrating the dermal layers to stimulate collagen synthesis and enhance skin elasticity. The result is reduced wrinkles and improved structural definition.

Contraindications:

Side Effects:
