Important Package Verification Policy

• To help protect both our customers and our business, please record a continuous, unedited video when opening your package.

• The video should begin by clearly showing the unopened package from all sides, including the condition of the package when it was received. Please continue recording while opening the package and removing and displaying all items received.

• If an item is missing, damaged, or incorrect, this video will be required for us to verify the issue and process a replacement.

• Please note: We will be unable to provide a replacement for missing or damaged items without a complete, continuous unboxing video.

All About Korean Beauty warrants that the SunPlus EW300 Plus will operate and

perform according to its published specifications for a period of one (1) year from

the date of delivery. During the first year of the warranty period, coverage includes

parts and labor for eligible repairs, subject to certain exclusions. If warranty service

is required, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs to All About

Korean Beauty during the warranty period.

This warranty does not apply to devices that have been abused, misused, altered,

improperly installed, damaged, or repaired with non-approved replacement parts.

All About Korean Beauty is not responsible for any incidental, consequential, or

indirect damages resulting from the use or failure of the product.

After the warranty period has expired, customers are responsible for all repair related

parts and labor costs. For any repair or replacement completed either

during or after the warranty period, All About Korean Beauty reserves the right to

provide replacement parts or units in colors that may differ from the original

product.
